Returned vehicle after hours. App was unable to be accessed—could not do simple efficient drop off, no signage visible for assistance on location. Had to call customer care for assistance—very frustrating. Not as easy and efficient as expected, follow up advised after. Frustrating.

brian pCustomer entrance was difficult to locate and there was no staff available to direct/help with unloading. Felt a little on my own.
Ken GFront passenger tire blow on truck. Could have easily rolled on it site.. Thank God the driver was experienced to slowly get it off the road on to the shoulder. Waited 1.5 hour for tire change.
