Head office was not helpful and made my overall U Haul experience unpleasant. They got the moving date incorrect and switched our pickup locations at least 4 times. It was a frustrating and stressful experience because of the head office coordinators. Finally the Parry Sound location (Liana) helped us with kindness and consideration. I am very disappointed in U Haul head office, very unpersonal and impatient but I am very pleased with the Parry Sound location service.

Agent charged $10.00 for gas top-up and we had just filled it to the BRIM 2 blocks away. When confronted next day (after receiving recipt via email that morning) she claimed guage indicated not full but admitted she did not take it to gas station and top up $10.00 which tells me that the next customer would not be getting it full - right? Not impressed.

The truck cab had a bunch of garbage in it and the back had not been cleaned out or swept. As if that's not bad enough the truck had no gas when I got it. The employee did not seem to care much about anything and was not very helpful. Disappointed best sums up my visit to this location.
