I had a 12:45 pm appointment to pick up the truck and no one was there. I called the phone number and was told they would be there shortly. I waited an hour in the hot sun for them to get there. Giving me 15 to get to where I needed to be. I was not happy at all with this location and service. On top of that, I was charged for not refilling the truck to 1/4 fill and I did put it back to where it was. Not a good location at all.

Dropped truck off before time and still got charged extra for not dropping off in time because employees checked the vehicle later.
