JIMMIE CThe employee at The Hardware Company/ UHaul pickup location was great. However, I asked to pick up my UHaul truck in Roanoke, VA, but I had to pick the truck up in Gretna, VA. Since I had to pick the truck up an hour from my requested location, I was charged for the extra mileage. I reached out to UHaul, but was still charged.
