Staff was very professional. The equipment was clean, But there was a slight problem with the truck mechanically.

I ordered equipment for pickup in Hercules. The U-Haul website allowed me to choose this location and said it was available . I got to Hercules and they said I had to drive to Richmond to pick it up. We got so behind on schedule for my move because of that. And the U-Haul back up camera didn’t work.

Ranjeet SThe person who assisted me showed very little interest in providing good customer service. They seemed unwilling to help and acted as if they did not want to do their job. I felt like I had to keep asking for assistance instead of being properly helped from the beginning. Their attitude came across as lazy, unprofessional, and dismissive, which made the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. Although the equipment itself was clean and well maintained, the poor customer service is the main reason I would not recommend this location to others. I believe the staff should be more attentive, helpful, and willing to assist customers with a positive and professional attitude.
