Laura HThe girl that works there is very unprofessional and has no idea how to assist backing up to get a trailer put on the hitch , then I wasn’t told that the trailer required a jack so on returning it to the location on Sunday there wasn’t anyone to jack the trailer to get it off my armada called U-Haul they connected me to road side who was going to charge me 300.00 to send someone out to remove the said trailer from my suv , so I had to take it back home until following day using more gas that’s 4.00 a gallon … then she had the audacity to call me at 8:30 the next morning wanting to know when I was returning said trailer … the absolute worst experience EVER !!!! She definitely needs more training and her manager needs to make sure her job is done correctly before the customer has to go through what I went through again !!!!!
