I'm not gonna lie. I forgot her name but the lady that was there I don't think it was Stephanie. I think it was the actual manager. She helped me out greatly very friendly. I love the fact that she did not have any type of attitude I would definitely recommend a friend to go there. She was the best experience that I have ever had with U-Haul customer service.

Keep Sabrina as the Manager forever and give her a raise!!! Exceptional Exceptional customer service. My name is Stephanie and I am in the process of moving and needed a bigger unit. Sabrina made the entire process super smooth. She helped me decide how much bigger of a storage I needed and showed me the exact one I was describing! She was amazing with the rental of the Uhaul since it was a last minute decision. It was a great experience. I would also like to recognize Wendy. She helped me with picking the best box package for me along with ensuring me that she was available whenever I needed help. Sabrina and Wendy are GREAT!
