Great equipment; clean and well kept. Great office facility, clean and professional-looking. Much, much better than the facility I rented from at 1 Douglas Ct, Sterling, VA, to bring a trailer up to PA. That office was a mess. It's also used as a used car sales office and is a complete mess with the computer system to rent a U-Haul malfunctioning part of the time. Their grounds were also a mess

The staff had problems with the software, slow, can't log in ext. That should be addressed
Samuel LEquipment was not available yet was not notified until the pick up stage thus forcing me to add more steps to my relocation process. Also, unit did not offer features to ease a 1,200 mile drive nor standard safety features to facilitate safe transit.
