ROGER OThey were friendly and professional and all went well. I intend to use them again.
ROGER OThe customer service for the location was okay. Overall, we are unhappy with U-haul. Your use of 3rd party vendors causes inconsistency and inconvenience for customers. Our reservation was messed up, which resulted in us paying for over half a tank of gas for a leg of a trip we didn't need and nobody could help us because it was across different markets. Our next move, we will look into Penske.
