LISA MAgent/MGR was great, friendly, helpful - even helped hook up trailer and check lights. Paperwork was a snap. UHaul made it so easy that it will be hard for me to justify buying a trailer when I can rent one.
ROLLO PI rented a 26 foot truck to move within the area code. A round- trip was 36 miles and they charged me for 175 miles. They charge 1.00$ per mile so this is total junk when you consider all the other expenses added up and this is the cherry on top!!! The experience was easy enough overall but i dont like getting overcharged without any explanation. They actually said the truck had more miles than i put on it. This is lying and shouldn't be okay from a business. I also put a bit more gas in when i was done and got no credit back for that. They seem too nonchalant at this location and i wouldnt recommend them at all.
