KIMBERLY AWell, when I picked up the truck, even thought I did not pick up the vehicle transport that I had reserved, and even though the vehicle transport was not even there had I wanted to, Jeff still added it on my bill and I did not notice until later. Customer service and scheduling could not remove it because it was bundled with the truck. customer service did credit me, but it did not get removed from my rented items until I returned the truck and explained it.

GEORGE SLocation closed at 2pm on Saturday so was after hours drop off. I read the sticker on the drop box to use the uhaul app. I downloaded and started the app, which told me to scan the barcode on top of the key drop box but there wasn't one? Not sure how I got past that part in app, but then the app wanted me to upload pictures of the vehicle and the mileage. Well I had already locked the vehicle and dropped the key in the lock box. I called the 800 phone number and explained the situation and the person said they would put a note so it would show time of the vehicle return. I probably spent about 20mins extra trying to figure out the app issue. I would recommend uhaul getting a different option then using the app for after hours drop off. It was a real pita after spending a day loading and unloading a uhaul then having to deal with the app frustrations.
