Customer service gave me a free upgrade since the truck is ordered wasnt available. I paid $400 more then I did the week before with out a free upgrade

The U-haul app did not work when I dropped off the equipment. I tried several times and the app kept cosing. I had to wait on hold for approximately 35 minutes to talk to customer service, and then use the onlie version which was difficult due to slow internet service. The app was not useful.
