RICHARD SI dropped off after hours so didn't encounter anyone. I didn't know where to leave the trailer so just put it so just left it among the others. I tried calling the phone number for the location per Uhaul (601xxx2011) but could never connect. Is that even the right number?
MARK UThe main problem I had was that I was charged for safe tow insurance without being asked. I have coverage for towing and trailering my motorcycle through Progressive, so this coverage was redundant and unnecessary. Next time, I will ensure that it isn't included.
