Drop off location was very confusing no one there at where return is designated, asked an employee seemed frustrated I didn’t stop , at the unattended designated area. Customer ahead of me had the same issue not sure if that was correct place, for the reason they had been waiting, no one showed up so had to go look for the office which isn’t posted anywhere.
