Another gas station for a drop off which is actually right near a major U Haul location the only way I knew the difference was by the drop off location address. Again, for the future I will stay with the major U Haul locations and the original location city in Columbus, MS the major U Haul location gave me a better rental quote than the actual rental location because they are one of the “Top 100” rental locations.

Very strong and overwhelming odor of cat urine in this vehicle. Only a parent when the air conditioner is on which is likely why the rental location didn't realize that. Brought it to the attention of both the district manager as well as the representative in the store. I love U-Haul, but this truck had issues.
Kerry HSeemed odd to be dropping the trailer at a Food Mart that is appx 1500 yards from a U- Haul Service Center….
