The keys were not where they were supposed to be in the lockbox. We had to go inside the gas station and call Uhaul to get the keys. We were charged extra for fuel even though we left the truck with the same amount of fuel we started out with.

The van was not clean at all and I am expected to provide a cleaning fee for the next renter- that is a scam since the van was not clean before I rented it and I’m sure you deducted that fee from the previous renter
