Everyone was so nice and professional even when other clients were frustrated and angry about circumstances that had nothing to do with U-Haul.


The male attendant could use some customer service skills brush up courses. Came accross as if he really didn’t want to be there. Got the job done, it just could have been more pleasant. He was not rude. The lady was very kind and helpful on return.

Please try to keep the rental at the location that one rents from. Pace Blvd was quite a ways away for us and we rented in plenty of time to get one closer. It did well though..

Tried to return and id and one of ur company’s phones in the truck after I got it called the number on it and they said take it to the store I rented from and the manager was very rude in every way possible threatening me with calling police when there was no reason I was t rude I just ask about the reward for returning the phone and she just got as rude as possibly could be. We have used this location for many years. It has rapidly gone down are some examples: - We filled out all the info on-line to save time yet when we showed the lay behind the counter said we had to do it all again...there went 20 minutes we did not have to spare, - Second, the gas gauge was wrong and no one would go look. We were told we had to take a picture and submit om-line. I had to borrow a smartphone to get this done, more time wasted, - Then, the cab of the truck was very worn, seats sagging, smelly and dirty, - Then we started it and the transmission "spun, slipped" until it engaged. This continued throughout the 40 miles we drove it, - We returned the vehicle yet there was no one in the office. I walked the yard and found an employee at the propane filling station. He said he would be right with me. Then anothe propane customer showed up with 3 bottles to be filled....15 minutes passed so I went back and told the employee we were waiting and were there first. He told me where I could find another employee, in the office next to the breakroom. I tried to get that person's attention but they ignored me. FINALLY, after waiting almost 1/2 hour to turn the vehicle in, we were able to leave. I may try another U-Haul location and see if it is a company trend, I may not. I certainly will not go back there. I am available for discussion if interested, 541-501-0683

The reason for the poor rating is not for this location. It's for the Mobile Hwy location where I was supposed to get my trailer from. There was only 1 employee and a long line. When I finally got to the counter after waiting for about 30 minutes, I was told my reserved trailer wasn't available, and was sent to the Pace Ave location where they did a decent job.

My experience with the staff was sad I was charged all unnecessary charges of wich they plan to stick. There was no customer appreciation I felt. The manager Friday morning had the most unpleasant attitude. I'll never rent from the pace blvd location again.

Smooth return. They were busy yet I waited less than 5 min. They walked out to the vehicle and checked it in. Service again was professional, efficient and courteous.

Truck stunk of cigarettes. Waited in line 40 minutes to return. Not a favorable experience. Will never return to this location. Horrible.

While the overall experience went well, a part of me felt frustrated in the reservation process. Upon selection of my 2 day reservation (and pick-up of trailer), I was not informed that there was a specific time on that 2nd day that I had to return the trailer. It's traditionally been end of day (or even after hours drop off), so getting a notification 30 minutes prior to it needing to be due back was not the best. Ultimately the manger at the facility was able to rectify the issue, although it would be something for your team to review moving forward to avoid situations like this.

I’m very disappointed that i had to pay the entire amount for another day when I only kept the rental 3 hours longer than originally rented for. I feel like that amount should be prorated as sometimes we can’t foresee certain circumstances.


I rented a 26 footer and when I pulled out the beeline in the back it did not stop. It busted 3 of my fingers and landed on my foot that swoll up. I told management and all they said was I'm sorry to hear that and said they will service it

Several things 1. As i was going thru the steps to pickup my truck. The alarm on the building went off. I’m guessing it’s motion sensitive. 2. I was overcharged for a dolly and pads that i didn’t rec in my rental
