Not the attendant's fault because it was his first day,but u haul itself needs to keep up on their equipment better,due to the truck I was issued had been sitting for a while and passenger side of the cab had spider 🕷️ webs in that area. Also if someone from u haul had been checking the equipment, would have known that the truck was running rough and was eating fuel like nobody's business. I sank over $250.00 in fuel and now I still owe money for fuel because of the way the truck was running. I think I'll be shopping around to other companies to see about their fleet if moving equipment.

No one knew how to use the system to issue the rental equipment. 1 lady tried her best, the other lady couldn't speak english. In the end they had to call someone to do everything over the phone.
