This location is very near our new house, and we'll use it again, even though it's a more limited outlet than others we have used. Only one employee was on duty, and he had a lot to do, but he was cordial and helpful.

Facility is a convenience store. While the store is small it is very good, but the clerk is not a U-Haul clerk, he is a convenience clerk who plays one on TV. I (the customer) was required to un-hook the car from the car carrier, drive it off, back the trailer into a parking place on a small lot (blocking the street for 15 minutes) and help in unhooking the trailer. Only the fact that I didn't have to complete any paperwork saved the experience.

The drop off point was a convenience store. The attendant was more interested in checking out customers buying milk instead of answering my questions. His response to what should I do with the truck was "just leave it there I'll look at it later. I ask about getting a refund on two bales of blankets "No refunds". I need go help the next in line (which was a lady buying soda and other items.) Not what i expected from U Haul.

The gentleman at the location was extremely helpful and did an excellent job at customer service. However, when I got there my reservation was not in the system so he was unable to access it and quickly provide me the trailer. I then called the Uhaul help line and they were very little help. I was finally directed to the right person to talk to and she was rude and seemed irritated to help me. When she finally fixed the issue and set up my reservation she had added insurance that I did not request. This was fixed by the kind gentleman at Perdido Convenience.In addition, the gentleman at Perdido Convenience recommended that I request a military discount because he knew I am in the service and he was unable to give the discount himself. When I asked the lady on the phone about military discounts she was disgruntled and acted like trying to give a discount was inconveniencing her. So I was better helped by a man who gets almost no money from Uhaul for doing his job than by direct employees of Uhual who are paid to answer phone calls and help customers. The whole fiasco cost me my entire afternoon even though I had paid ahead of time and checked in using the Uhaul online system. Before this experience I had a great impression of Uhaul and your company was my go to for moving. However, I am likely to look to other companies now and recommend to my military friends and family to use a different company. I am extremely disappointed. Uhaul should do better.

This Perdido location was terrible. When I first walked in the attendant was asleep....we literally woke him up walking in the door. Thenot I told him that I needed a trailer to transport the car I had just bought, I gave him all of the information on the vehicle I was goingingredients to tow with as well as the vehicle I was towing. He gave me a car dolly. I had traveled about 10 miles down the road when I noticed something didn't feel right, I pulled over and the car I was towing smelled hot. I got out the owners manual, and it turns out that the car cannot be towed on a car dolly due to its all wheel drive system, and that I was damaging the drive train by towing it with a car dolly. I called customer service and they said that the guy should have been flagged when he put in my vehicle info and chose a car dolly. Customer service wasn't very helpful for my situation either, they offered no apology, and didn't call another uhaul location for me to exchange my trailer, they simple told me where the closest location was. Overall I'm very upset. I will not recommend the location to anyone period. I am also very unhappy with uhauls customer service and the fact that my new vehicle is now possibly damaged because they gave me the wrong trailer....

Truck issues Truck Ran in half cylinders sputtering when it heated up. Rear roll up door was too hard to handle by one person. Wind shield wipers were useless.

The location I used had computer issues making my pick up take 1.5 hrs. Secondly when dropping off at this exact location the store owner was trying to tell me I needed to drop it off at a separate location despite my contract stating it would dropped off there. Overall bad experience not with the uhaul, but with this location.
