It needs a place to park both the rental and customers vehicles. All I saw was the tiny area squeezed between the roads - both Nine Mile Rd on the front and Nims Ln on the side - and the building. There isn't any room for an inexperienced driver to maneuver a truck and trailer. Since I dropped my rental off after hours I didn't come in contact with anyone.
