This place was great but I was supposed to pick up a trailer from another place at 8am and guy told me that they didn’t have it. Four hours later a lady from this location calls and say we have your trailer! Threw me off because I had people ready to help me load my stuff in the trailer. Wish U-Haul would not let people rent until the trailer marked back in the system.
