The app was a hassle. I wasn’t told beforehand that we needed to have another contact info to proceed. We’re new to FL and don’t have family here, so we were stumped for a moment. The photos didn’t upload. It was a long process that took us almost an hour to complete. Hope you can make the process shorter and more convenient.
