I am unsure if I'm responding about the correct place because the first place we stopped at on Big Hollow Road was a liquor store and the employee working there was unable to help or even communicate very well due to the language barrier. After 45 minutes I left and found another U-Haul place a few miles away which was an exceptional Uhaul place. I literally had to call back to Tulsa Oklahoma and speak with Chris at the U-Haul place that I rented it from and Chris was able to help me over 500 miles away where the man at the liquor store was completely unhelpful
