The vehicle was completely dirty inside. There was some dust on the outside. Both inside and out should be cleaned when there is a reservation. The biggest issue is that I've gone to this location twice before the posted closing times to return the vehicle. Once on Saturday and a separate return was the same day rental on Friday. Both times the business was closed contradictory to the posted times. On Friday, the posted closing was 430pm. I tried to return at 4pm but they were closed. Same on my last rental but it was Saturday. I arrived at 1100am but they were closed. The posted hours on Saturday was 9am-1pm.
