I was treated with respect. The rep was multitasking and handled the load in an admirable manner. He also helped me to diagnose an electrical issue and saved me some money.

I even put the gas to where I had received it and they still charged me to not filling it exactly on the line marked. If they would have made me drive off their lot and around the next street to park it would have been exact. Poor customer service would not ever go to this location again

Rupert A.check the trucks before renting them out and also explain how and where keys should be dropped off don't assume our internet works and also the area was not a good area i felt in danger and my internet device wasn't working so i put the key under the seat i called uhaul when i got home and explained my situation person from the location called me next day saying there's gonna be a $50 fee because of the key left inside the truck. Bad experience for me.
