Picking up the U-Haul 6:15 in the morning on the outside of the business we were confronted by a female that was dropped off with a vehicle of about four in it and she started claiming her hood started talking crazy. I had to start talking crazy back to get my son and my nephew back to my vehicle so we could leave and as they were leaving, she threw a brick and hit my vehicle and hit my windshield thank God it hit the frame first. Otherwise it could’ve killed my son if it went through the window we did make a report please report it was over $2000 worth of damage and U-Haul is not going to do a thing about it. I use U-Haul all the time very disappointed. I had my appointment scheduled for Menifee. It was all set. I talked to the lady in the morning last minute that evening they switched me to Perris which was further from my destination.

Togamau lThe equipment was very dirty and the 26 super mover. U-Haul was very dented and extremely dirty when we picked it up we couldn't even see through the windshield. Also, we were charged $30 for insurance when I specifically said we wanted the $15 insurance can you please check my account and call me I already paid but I want my refund. please call me.
jose vThe truck I was rented was dirty, and had damage to the drivers side door annd windshield seal. Also the truck only had a little over a quarter tank of fuel. I picked up outside of business hours and had to call for assistance cause the app would not let me complete the pick up process. Finally the drop off point was changed and was significantly further than the original location, would not recommend this experience to anyone.
