Must have the equipment that customer reserves, in order to keep the customer coming back. I had a horrible time trying to locate a dolly, which was part of the equipment reserved by me, the customer. This was a major inconvenience, when customer does not receive a dolly, that was guaranteed to be there, with the truck.
