How U-Haul Reviews WorkI ordered furniture pads and a dolly for my move, but Uhaul sent me to a location that did not even know what a furniture dolly was. Additionally we rented to equipment in OH and the booking documents said we were dropping it off in Milwaukee Wisconsin but clerk at pick up did not know how to do that. It took 30 minutes on the phone with Uhaul to get it worked out.
