Mitchel RThere was a hiccup on which truck that the young lady reserved for me it was supposed to to be a 15’ truck and she scheduled me for a 26 ‘ truck the day I went to pick it up, the local 15’ truck was scheduled for someone else the following Saturday which was 3 days later, they told me they had another 15’ 45 minutes north but I had to get a truck and get it loaded with sale items I couldn’t waist 2 hours getting a truck, I don’t understand why I couldn’t take the one they had and U-Haul get the other moved to this location for the other customer seeing that I scheduled first but they gave me the 26’ for the price and mileage rate of the 15’ so all is good, one thing that I do not agree with is the environmental charge but all in all the service was good and the people were great.
