Taking cash payments at all locations for anything over your original purchase... like I purchased 50 miles but I went 85 so I owed $35 and some change I had the cash and no money on the card but they did not take cash so I had the hassle of having to put more money on my card to pay the bill... I should be able to pay that with cash

Bill BThe 6x12 enclosed trailer I rented had sustained damage to the passenger side fender from a previous rental. That damage affected the trailer lighting since two wires were severed; however, the rental location allowed the trailer to be rented to us in that condition. When we checked rear lights on the trailer, I was told that turn signals, brake lights and tail lights were all working, but in fact, the tail lights were not working. Once I discovered this problem AFTER the trailer had been fully loaded, I had to pay a local auto repair shop to diagnose and temporarily "fix" the problem so we could make our 1,200 trip safely. This was avoidable and the trailer never should have been made available to rent until the lighting was fixed.
