If you’re gonna rent U-Haul‘s and drop off U-Haul‘s, then you need to let customers know that you write them a check for a deposit that they actually paid cash for so customers expect their cash back not a check for then have to wait 7 to 10 days to get This is a very bad experience for me for my first time doing a U-Haul myself so the whole experience was just ridiculous. I might just go with a different company instead of U-Haul from now on this was bad so did I get a bomb truck? Did I get overcharged? Yes, did I not get my money back? No, I’m still waiting 7 to 10 days for my money to re-returned which I did $100 deposit and I’m only getting $65 because I got charged $35 extra for miles that I was never told about And for a bomb truck that didn’t drive with a crap so it was terrible
