I originally planned to get a 5x9 trailer rental from Santa Rosa location but a representative called and had me change it to the Petaluma non stop towing and she scheduled it for a 7 am pick up and said she would’ve discounted $10 off the rental price. I arrived to Petaluma non stop towing to pick up the trailer at 7 am to find out they open at 8 am so I waited in the parking lot for an hour until they opened and the lady working the front desk was rude because I came at 7 to pick up and said “does your phone not work we open at 8” after some waiting she was able to help me get the trailer and I paid full price. It wasn’t non stop towing fault I do blame the U-Haul for this inconvenience fully
