Waited for enclosed trailer to become available. Chose date. Arrived and no trailer. Lady is always rude forcing me to call other locations and use the app instead of just doing her job. Nobody bothered to call me to tell me my trailer was not there and this location should have paid attention to the comings/going’s it’s their responsibility but they blamed it on the company. EVERY LOCATION SHOULD HAVE MULTIPLE ENCLOSED TRAILERS AT ALL TIMES YOU ARE IN THE BUSINESS.
