I reserved a tow dolly at a location 5 min. from my hotel a week in advance and receive a confirmation #, the day before pick-up I received an email stating I needed to pick it up at another location in another county, which was an hour round trip, why was their not a dolly available at the location I was confirmed for, especially since I made the reservation a week in advance, this was disappointing and very inconvenient . Since reservation at my desired location was not available I believe the $50.00 reservation reservation guarantee refund should apply! I also wish to object to being charged for a five day rental since I only used the dolly for three days, I would like the difference in usage days refunded!!

I forget the guys name that checked me in, but he was great. He was there by himself and manage to hlep me and the other 2 customers. Luckily he checked the 1st trailer, as it was dirty, and the 2nd was damaged. The 3rd was rapidly hooked up and on my way. thanks, Roy

We ordered 6 bags (6 pads per bag) of furniture pads but only used 3 bags. The other three were unopened and returned as such. When we picked them up in Lynchburg we were told that we would receive a refund for any unopened bags. However, when returning them, we were told that we would have to contact customer service via this form. I would greatly appreciate it if you could refund the rental price for those three bags. Thank you.

Was a litre disappointed because u wanted more money to user the dolly, it should have came with cost and if I would have damage it then u could have hold me responsable how ever I got through my move using 3 strong man

I have used this location before and it was excellent, but this last experience was confusing. I was told card was on file and that I was doing a round trip only to find out upon pick up that there was no card on file and that I was booked for a one way, and then I couldn't change it to a round trip. Even with the confusion, the staff were nice and I would give them another try if needed.

This was a great experience except for the initial contact to reserve the vehicle. You need to monitor this individual. I express myself well.... and she had a very hard time understanding our needs. She also told us we would get a call when the vehicle was ready... and that call never came.This needlessly delayed our work and departure.

The young man that helped us was a new employee and didn't know everything but he was such a polite young man and he worked really hard. We were very impressed with him and would highly recommend that U Haul place to everyone. Kudos to him for all he did for us. Even though he was new he was willing to help with everything we needed.

I was double charged and that's not right

I was notified 12 hrs before pickup that the pickup location was changed, this after i reserved the equipment a week ahead of time to allow plenty of time for the equipment to be available. I had to drive 15 miles out of my way to pick up the equipment. When I got there it was only one employee and five customers waiting to be served. Only one employee showed up. The manager should have had some type of backup available to assist this employee. Poor management in my opinion. But let me say the employee that did wait on all 5 customers was more than an exceptional employee. She did an excellent job in managing the situation. She should be the manager, not the absentee manager. Although it took probably an extra hour to get all 5 customers on their way again she was exceptional. And just a note, I had to go past my original pickup location that day to reach my destination, low and behold the same equipment was sitting out front although I had to go 15 miles out of my way. I think I should get some type of compensation for my inconvience and not U-Haul. Again, I praise that employee that did an excellent job of keeping all 5 customers under control. Exceptional Job.

Manager Ms. Bonnie absolutely out of order . Disbelieving service. Made a complaint with your company complaint department. absolutely not respectful nor is she professional me personally stronger can tell you very poor reflection of customer service to anybody with that type of service . After returning the truck today . For a one day rental 26 ft truck $305 and change / and all the turmoil from trying to rent a truck.long story short it was an all-out negative experience
