Shauna F | Overall ExperienceThe Manager Maria is an absolute gem. She made the whole entire process from start to finish easy. She answered all of my questions and alleviated any worries that I had. The facility was well taken care of so you know her housekeeping staff are on top of keeping things clean which was much appreciated. I know that anytime I go to the S. Crater Rd location I'm going to be met with a smile and great customer service. I don't know what Uhaul is paying but for sure the Manager deserves a raise. Great Job and thanks.

CANDACE W | Overall ExperiencePlease stay away from this location. The facility manager charged items to my credit card without my authorization. They changed the locks on my unit and then lied about it. They are the worst!!! Please take my advice and stay away!!!
