The Manager Maria is an absolute gem. She made the whole entire process from start to finish easy. She answered all of my questions and alleviated any worries that I had. The facility was well taken care of so you know her housekeeping staff are on top of keeping things clean which was much appreciated. I know that anytime I go to the S. Crater Rd location I'm going to be met with a smile and great customer service. I don't know what Uhaul is paying but for sure the Manager deserves a raise. Great Job and thanks.
