Terrible terrible, rude and charged me for gas not used! Never ever again, scam!
Lindsay HPersonnel was rude. Was walking around with a baby in her hands. Very unprofessional. Communication was bad. Didn’t properly check my gas gauge and I was overcharged. Made me never want to come back to U hail again or recommend it after it being my go to moving place. To improve, you can give me back my gas money that I was overcharged, instead of making me wait 3 days. I honestly feel this will be my last move with U haul after having this experience
Rachel EThe store opened 50 minutes after the pick up time we requested. The front desk did not seem to know what was going on. The store was a MESS. Selling clothing, balloons everywhere, very poor customer service. Awful. Put a wrench in our travel plans.
