This is a very aggressive area. The hassle of having to work through the check out process while there was a bit scary — all of our stuff was sitting out next to the trucks, vulnerable, as we were forced to standing waiting for a ID check to be completed. Why not offer this in advance? Also, the gate was opened so we could not easily reach the key lock (luckily, my 16 year old daughter's hand was small). Finally, every truck parked on the street had 2 parking tickets on them — including ours.

The agent, Brendan was very rude to me. Asked me a lot of questions and denied me because he claimed that I couldn’t be verified. Connected with another agent, , and he helped me right away.
Justin Phad to park outside the lot and figure out how to check-out, but the customer service once we spoke with someone at the location was amazing.
Kathryn Dlocation was OK but the employee wasn't super helpful as she was not a uhaul employee. the app was very difficult to use for the return process.
