I was given a truck that was not cleaned and quoted a price of $73 I returned the truck in the same condition I was given the truck but was charged a $25 cleaning charge I was also charge a $20 credit card payment on my citizens debit card My total was $91.59 I also stayed under my 10 mile that I asked for so why all thr charges this isnt rite

I always thought that no reservation was needed as I always see trucks there. That was not the case, had to make a reservation for next day and miss a day of work.

The computer system was down and no one called me to inform me. I got there to pick up the truck and no one had any solutions/suggestions for my problem. I decided to go to the U-Haul at Allegheny and Glenwood the same happened. I had to make the suggestions. I asked if I could have two smaller trucks to make up for the big truck I had requested since none was available they said I would have to pay the mileage on both trucks. Finally, they registered me there, gave me paperwork so I could pick up the truck at Hunting Park Ave. When I went to pick up the truck the person there said they shouldn't have registered me over at the other location "that was wrong". I had 3 men with me to help me move and we were running back and forth to get this resolved. Moving is stressful enough without all this drama. No courtesy, no let me give you some sort of discount. What ever happened to Customer Service?

I rented a van and returned it in the same condition I received it. I left a crate inside by mistake and the representative said I left it dirty inside and charged me $25.00 for dust or footprints. I would like a refund for this charge. They never said I needed to wash out the van.

On pickup in the morning it was very busy and the cs rep was very professional, knowledgeble and processed the line in a timely manner. On our truck return in th evening, the same. They're doing an awesome job.

Also excellent customer service, the one young man talked about becoming a regional manager and how surprise he was. An Excellent choice I say. Exceptional and caring cutter service. I enjoyed watching him interact with his co-worker and his customer. I was there long enough to observe, as I too worked in customer for many years it is a pleasure watching these young men take pride in what they do. Thank you all for your detailed attention to my request.

Your advertised prices are far from what a customer actually pays. It would be helpful if you give a price that reflects the actual cost. Like the phone companies do.



The inside smelled a little maybe spray with febreeze or something other than the smell pretty clean inside and out van was driving good ,breaks were awesome, felt safe overall. had a check wheels light on that they should have checked before renting out.



Maybe they should ask their customers if they need a "Dollie" or a "Handtruck" to use ? Otherwise all was well.

I don't know how you can improve, but the location is small and there is only room for 2 customer service reps, so the wait was long. Filling up at gas at the place across the street was a bad idea; they only sell 93 gas and it contains ethanol. It costs about $3.50/gal. So staff could alert people to this so they fill up elsewhere.



Warm me that I won't get any of my money back for the miles I didn't use.. Next time I will be more accurate
