The attendant was friendly, and came out to check the return himself since I believe his employee who was supposed to do it hadn't shown up yet.

brandon vThis was well out of my way from my original drop off selected location I didn’t find out until the evening of the night before that my location was switched and I was very upset. This led me to having to spend more money on gas because the original place wasn’t available and they would turn me away because their lot was full. I was in the middle of nowhere in the dark. Better than the first place but was an absolute inconvenience. I am so upset with Uhaul. I’ve used it multiple times but I don’t know if I’ll ever use it again because this experience was absolutely atrocious, I’d rather go back on deployment in a war zone than deal will that nonsense again.
