This was well out of my way from my original drop off selected location I didn’t find out until the evening of the night before that my location was switched and I was very upset. This led me to having to spend more money on gas because the original place wasn’t available and they would turn me away because their lot was full. I was in the middle of nowhere in the dark. Better than the first place but was an absolute inconvenience. I am so upset with Uhaul. I’ve used it multiple times but I don’t know if I’ll ever use it again because this experience was absolutely atrocious, I’d rather go back on deployment in a war zone than deal will that nonsense again.

ARMANDO DThis location is simply a deli, not a proper U-Haul service center. While I was there to pick up a truck that had been reserved for days, walk-in customers kept coming in to buy food, and I was repeatedly pushed aside so the only employee could serve them. As a result, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes just to pick up a truck that was already reserved. That is completely unacceptable and frankly ridiculous. When returning the truck, I asked about the receipt. I was told they could not assist me and that I was only supposed to leave the keys — nothing else, no explanation, no customer service. This experience shows a total lack of organization, respect for customers’ time, and basic service standards. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
FABIO RHorrible experience I’ll never use UHAUL again . I’d like a call back to discuss all of the issues . 763-516-1594. So disappointed moving is stressful enough while relocating far distances . I’ve always been treated pretty good but this was truly terrible on so many levels ! Disorganized. Drug use smell . My contract was not given to me or gone over like normal . Empty gas tank .
