Dropped off our U-Haul to a person at this market / U-Haul at 3:15pm the same day we picked it up. I noticed the rental was still active the next day. I called this location and left a message. No call back from the, on Monday. Your call center reached out to me on Monday asking if I was going to turn in the truck. I explained it was already dropped off. The rep said she would take care of it. I called the drop off location and left another message. They have yet to call back. I called the call center number on Tuesday as the rental still shows active. They said they would take care of it. Finally on Thursday September 3rd ,y re tap was formally checked in as returned. Overall, the Flagstaff pick up location was great and the drop off location and lack of care they displayed made this experience unsatisfactory. I will think twice about returning to U-Haul for a future moving truck need. If I do, I will decline a pick up or return location that is not a professional U-Haul site.

There was an issue with my truck: the padlock on the back door was locked. I contacted the rental representative, who said they would apply a discount for the incident and told me not to worry and to keep using the truck until the next day. Today, a charge of $104 appeared on my card; I didn't receive any discount. In fact, I was charged for two days—even though I had only requested one—bringing the total to $54.
