Although the truck was put in a location that was easy to get out of, it was hard to find parking and hard to maneuver around the facility as the auto shop was extremely busy. I also requested to be checked out by a person rather than via the app however they had to change locations due to truck availability and the new location was self check-in. It just made the check-in process frustrating but not necessarily the fault of the location. I didn’t like using the online check in.
