The gaz indicator was below 7/8, and the contract said 7/8. Unfortunately I realized as I was already on my way. I was at my 3rd day of a 4 day move and I was not going to go back to show to the manager. I took a picture if that can be used as a proof. I put 5 gallons of gas to refill to the same level I got it. But the manager charged me for 2 gallons of gas. Really! Not very honest this u-haul company. You milk ever penny you can out of us. Terrible company. I wish there was real competition.Germain P.

I dropped my truck off on Saturday and Monday morning it as never checked in, which obviously was very concerning. I had to drop off in person because my phone was dead.However, after I contacted the location, the owner was extremely helpful and friendly.Megan W.

Some one from UHaul corporate asked me to drop the truck here instead of Carefree office and said I could bring the truck in with 1/2 tank instead of filling it up as a concession to get me to drive 34 miles.The local guy apparently didn't get the message as he charged me for a full tank! Convenient location but having a location that I needed to drop off the uhaul at being closed on the day of my drop off is a little pointless. Having to play hide and seek with the keys to make sure I don't get charged for extra time ensuring I leave it before the specified time was a bit annoying. Otherwise the guys were cool and fairly responsive when I got there.Phillip Y.

We booked our rental pickup and drop off online. We decided that we wanted to change our drop off location when we were at CB auto repair. Chuck, our rental agent told us that we did not need to change our drop off location, but we could drop it off anywhere. He did not have time to help us with this issue. So, after driving for 24 hours and encountering many snowstorms and closed roads, we decided we wanted to drop off our rental closer to home. When we tried to drop off our rental A) the business DJ's repair in Enterprise, OR was not open even though their posted hours said they were B) we called uhaul and they told us it would be a $1700 change location fee. WHAT! This is ridiculous. NEVER USING UHAUL AGAIN!stephanie C.

Dropped off the trailer 2day earlier than expected and never got a confirmation email. I had to call to make sure I didnt get charged 2 days later. Issue was resolved but definitely could have been avoided.Troy G.

Horrible situation and communication. Nobody even there on Monday to drop off trailer. Can't unload with trailer on right? Unloaded and tried to communicate that we had but that was difficult. They didn't even report until today that trailer and truck were returned. We were getting texts that we hadn't brought truck in to complete different address not on our paperwork in Phoenix. Had to make several calls to get it resolved. Unreal experience for the $1000 we paid.howard J.

I spoke with a customer service rep on the phone that was extremely unprofessional, as well as told me the problems were my fault for moving on a Saturday. The gentleman at cb auto repair and air was extremely helpful and patient and ended up solving the problem.Charlie K.

First of all the app crashed and I had to call to get the code for the key. I was on hold for 33 minures before anyone answered. After that I couldnt get the lock to open and I went home and called again to say I would pick up the truck the next day in person. I waited another 20 minutes on the phone. I picked up the truck with no paperwork, no odometer reading and no gas info and no info online fornhow to return the truck. The man helping me was very nice and showed me how to get the key. When I got home with the truck i realized the dolly I requested wasnt there so I looked up the number to call and the number listed by Uhaul for this place is incorrect. So I panicked because it was almost time for this place to close. I found the correct phone number and drove back to get the dolly. This whole process was terrible. After all this I am really surprised I was even charged for the dolly or the gas.Jennifer L.

I am pleased with the rep at this location and how he took time to help correct the errors u-haul made on the reservation. However I am very disappointed with how u-haul itself handled my reservation. After reserving a trailer and truck at the Bell location a week in advance in Phoenix I was informed only 1 hour before my pick up time that the pick up location was changed. This new location was miles away and required driving through rush hour traffic. Upon arriving at the new location at CB Auto I was informed once again that the trailer I required was not available and I would have to travel to another part of town to pick it up. It took u-haul 2 hours of my and the rep's time to find a new pick up location with an available trailer. Once at the final location I was told I would have to put my car on a larger trailer than that of what was reserved. After putting my car on this trailer it turned out that the door to my car was not high enough for me to get out, I had to instead scratch the bottom of my door to get out of the car and back in. It wasn't until drop off later that week that we were shown how to properly use the trailer and that it's wheel well cover could be removed.Joshua R.

The customer service was on point, even tho you could tell the owner was busy with his shop he went above and beyond to help me with some accessories I didn't have plus he helped me with the hook up of the uhaul!!!!! I'll not only come here for uhaul needs but if anything happens to my vehicle I'll be coming here as well!!! The little lobby kept my son moving with a frog tank , fish tank and the snake tank!!!!!!! Thank you for making my move smooth!!!!!Kristin D.

when a customer reserves a rental from any pick up location please give them the option to read or watch a video of what they need to do once they have arrived at the pickup location(as far as down loading the ap so that the customer can get pass code to get key) It will save and solve alot of stress for everyone. thank u LIZA ur theBEST!Melinda B.

When we arrived at the location we logged into uhaul.com The portal for c heck out did not work. We had to use the chat which was very unresponsive. We then had to download the uhaul app to do the check in. This took almost 45 minutes. When we finally checked in there was no dolly with the truck as reserved. So another phone call to uhaul. They tried to send us to a uhaul place that was 20 minutes away from our direction. I had to find the location closest to us where we had to go and pick up a dolly. This took another 45 minutes. When we complained that all of theses uhaul errors cost us 2 men at $25/hr for 1.5 hours they said they would refund us the $7 for the dolly. What a joke! Person wasn't in the office when I arrived and did not answer the phone. I moved to a different location and then got a phone to return. I turned around and dropped the truck, and 5 minutes later got a 94$ bill for cleaning. There weren't any instructions about that and that is never the standard with a rental car.amihay N.

I think it was very quick and easy. I had a fuse that had blown out on my truck so part of the trailer lights were not working. Chuck found the blown fuse and replaced it for me.Joshua H.
They didn't have me in the system and couldn't find me when I got there to pick up my truck. I reserved a 10 ft truck and flew out to AZ to move my things to CA. They didn't have the 10 ft truck I requested, they gave me a 15 ft truck instead. I specifically reserved a 10 ft truck because I didn't want to drive a larger truck. Staff was friendly and helpful, but they didn't have the truck I requested.Dawn D.
