If possible, indicate prominently in instructions where the key drop is, although having walked in and been greeted by a friendly employee who said I could just leave it on the counter was fine as well! (I saw the key drop in the parking lot on a lightpole after doing so, just wasnt where I expected)

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo improvement suggestions. All went as planned. Thank you
BRINDA SThe Barber owner was super friendly and chill. He helped me with the app instructions for photos and then he pulled the truck up for me. Returning it was also very easy. I highly recommend them for the ease and friendliness alone
ESMERALDA MThere are too many bad things to say about this location. This location gives Uhaul a bad image. I have photos if interested.
DANIEL YBrand new truck, I ordered movers. The white guy talked too much and over handled everything. The black guy made a void and said the truck was full. I tipped 50 based on his lie. They paid me 6 for the review
