I originally set up my drop off for Buckeye AZ. When I called to return the trailer to verify the location address it was a different location and I had to drive 1 hour each way to drop off the trailer. I also was never informed of this change. This was very disappointing, I I feel I should get a credit for the extra time and miles I was required to incur to deliver this trail to a facility I did not choose. This is not a reflection on Health And Discovery Lifeline LLC, though I received no help in the drop off process from them either, but it is a complaint I have with U-haul. I would like to be contacted to discuss this.

This location was also wonderful. My problem is with the central number called. They were told I needed to walk 2 miles, with a heart condition back to the apartment after dropping the truck, no help at all with finding a closer place. No room I was told. That is ridiculous. Im a senior with a medical problem, I will definitely consider other options next time than how uhaul works.
FRANK CThe equipment and truck bed was extremely dirty. The truck had almost no fuel. I filled it up to 1/4 tank for the next person. The check in system did not allow me to select the correct fuel level or enter the correct mileage on the odometer. I was significantly overcharged for service I did not use and had to pay a significant amount more for gas. I will have to cancel the entire transaction if I’m not reimbursed for the overcharge and gas.
Ryan SThe lady who worked at this location was very rude. She was trying to set up for a Client she had coming in to get her hair done and didn’t really want to help or talk to us at all! We were an inconvenience to her and she made me feel uncomfortable!
