Took Allanna’s 24 hours for them to process the return
Caylie TI returned the vehicle after hours. I called them to let them know it would be a day early.
MICHAEL JI originally set up my drop off for Buckeye AZ. When I called to return the trailer to verify the location address it was a different location and I had to drive 1 hour each way to drop off the trailer. I also was never informed of this change. This was very disappointing, I I feel I should get a credit for the extra time and miles I was required to incur to deliver this trail to a facility I did not choose. This is not a reflection on Health And Discovery Lifeline LLC, though I received no help in the drop off process from them either, but it is a complaint I have with U-haul. I would like to be contacted to discuss this.
Eric MThis location was also wonderful. My problem is with the central number called. They were told I needed to walk 2 miles, with a heart condition back to the apartment after dropping the truck, no help at all with finding a closer place. No room I was told. That is ridiculous. Im a senior with a medical problem, I will definitely consider other options next time than how uhaul works.
