Your vehicles should be serviced before allowing them to go out. There was a slight smell when driving, when backing up there was a jerk as if hitting something, you could not put the seat back if you had long legs, therefore it was uncomfortable, it drove like it too lose, other than that it was spacious, and clean upon picking it up.

This is second uhaul Ive rented and the truck was not swept out, there was trash in the cab, broken eye glasses, told the gas tank was full it was not it was 3/4 full but I turned it in full regardless and damages to trucks painted job on both sides. Not to mention the service at Ace was again less than average missing keys unable to use my app, not friendly 😕

Bill WOn one hand, excellent customer service. My rental was complicated, with last minute rentals, switching out, etc. Everybody was amazing, professional, wonderful. Zero complaints HUMONGOUS complaint that the passenger side view mirror on the 20 foot truck was in operational. It was impossible to keep at an angle where I could see, so I was forced to have someone ride with me. It was absolutely terrifying. It completely unacceptable that it was rented in that condition. If I do not tell you that it happened, you cannot be aware, and you cannot take steps to ensure that the mirror is repaired, and that this does not happen again.
Tina BI dropped off my truck less than 24hrs after renting. I’ve had nothing but issues with people lying about calling to change locations and the chat in the app lying about taking care of issues I had. Now they keep trying to charge me for an entire extra day when I already prepaid for the truck and had it less than 24hrs. Due to the app having issues, someone didn’t realize my truck was returned in time. But in speaking with the chat, they were to have notated in the system any issues I had to prevent me from being charged. I have all the proof and it was sent to customer service. I will never use U-Haul app again.
