Truck smelled like smoke. It had an old hotel receipt left on the seat. The tank was half full, so I had to go fill it up, not ideal. It should be standard practice for a customer to pick it up full. It took forever to get the keys because I wasn't provided guidance, so I had to call. The drop of was super easy and the gentleman at that location was super nice! I'm sorry I had to cancel the trailer pull, I just had some things come up that delayed my leaving. I would've liked to have done it, but had no choice but to cancel.

ELIJAH LThe truck was filthy. Apparently homeless people had been in it overnight according to store employee. The dash was caved in nothing would shut off because the knobs were inside the dash so lights radio stayed on. Engine needed a tune up it was miss firing causing a chugging like sensation. Thank God my move was local 2 miles doen the road. I know now what to look for when renting your trucks.. AS THIS WAS MY FIRST TIMR EVER RENTING OR DRIVING YOUR TRUCKS! OMG A WHAT A NIGHTMARE! And no one would offer me a discounted rate just let me continue renting this unsafe truck!
