WARREN CKen was really nice and helpful to make sure I wasn't inadvertently charged for mileage
AMY VThe air conditioner in the truck either did not work or barely worked because the whole drive I had it on max A/C and there was no cool air coming out and I was sweating profusely. It was checked on drop off and was "working" but I suspect when the engine was running and I was driving through a very hot area of California the A/C could not adequately cool the cab.
HEATHER LThere is very little that I can say to improve your experience I had. I had extra miles extra time when I asked for it. It was an amazing experience account wait to use U-Haul again in Oregon anyway.
