NATHANIEL NThe trucks were and the wheels were fully parked with the snow. I was told it is my responsibility to take the truck out of the snow. That was a disappointing experience to begin with. While returning, I was asked again to park at the back where spaces were tight and fully covered with snow. I was expecting the store to park at the back after checking-out the vehicle. Also to my surprise because I returned the vehicle late but on the same day, I have been charged double the rental and double the collision damage insurance. That was a rip-off. It wasn't an overnight rental.
