We did self serve. It took 40 mins and 2 phone calls to customer service before we got the keys. We ended up getting help when the employee came and opened the store (He was early for his shift. If he wasn't, we would have to wait even longer). The keys were not in the right place, and at this location you can't do self serve with vans if the convenience store isn't open. It's not mentioned on the website. The van had garbage in it (bag of garbage in the cab and dirty tissue on the floor) and a drink had spilled in the console. I wouldn't go to this location again.
