The trucks were and the wheels were fully parked with the snow. I was told it is my responsibility to take the truck out of the snow. That was a disappointing experience to begin with. While returning, I was asked again to park at the back where spaces were tight and fully covered with snow. I was expecting the store to park at the back after checking-out the vehicle. Also to my surprise because I returned the vehicle late but on the same day, I have been charged double the rental and double the collision damage insurance. That was a rip-off. It wasn't an overnight rental.

tight parking … snow removal would help access
MARK DThe rear tire was so low (370 vs 580) that I had to immediately fill it and I had to pay $5 in air to do so. Staff was friendly and helpful and even help me clear snow from the vehicle before I left
Maureen TYou may improve by not charge me a refueling fee when I refueled the vehicle. I will be disputing this charge with photographic evidence and expect it fully paid back and would like a credit for having to take time out of my day to make this dispute and for what I believe to be a fraudulent attempt at double charging me.
