The odometer in the truck seemed to be off. My vehicle calculated my overall milage at 6.1 miles between the old and new home; while the truck calculated 11.0 miles. The pickup location was .2 miles from my old home. The mileage between my pickup, two trips, and back calculated 8 miles.

Box area was dirty - not swept out and floor mats muddy. Check engine light was on when i got it. Guy behind the glass was not communicative but he did get me the truck.
Charles YI ordered a 15 foot truck weeks in advance and it was not there at pickup. They gave me a 10 foot truck so we had to make multiple trips.
BETH FHave some moving equipment available such as, mattress covers (plastic sleeves to put the mattress and boxspring in)
