I was charged extra fees erroneously and I would like a refund. The total should not come out to 95 dollars for a 24 hour rental. Besides, I did not select the 30 dollar insurance coverage option and got charged for that.

Horrible all around.
Serina MI thought it was a great experience
MARTIN MThe odometer in the truck seemed to be off. My vehicle calculated my overall milage at 6.1 miles between the old and new home; while the truck calculated 11.0 miles. The pickup location was .2 miles from my old home. The mileage between my pickup, two trips, and back calculated 8 miles.
ERIKA DBox area was dirty - not swept out and floor mats muddy. Check engine light was on when i got it. Guy behind the glass was not communicative but he did get me the truck.
