The Truck was dirty on both the outside and in the drivers cab. Floors were muddy. There were rolled tobacco cigarettes. And a mass of white powder of sorts. After I picked up the truck and got to me intended destination I couldn’t even feel safe using the truck due to the high mileage and engine lights turning on.

Clean your vans!!!!!!!!!! Van smelled very bad. Could not see out the window and the manager of the gas station was very rude!!!! I will never rent from this location again!!!!
STEPHENIE YI was charged extra fees erroneously and I would like a refund. The total should not come out to 95 dollars for a 24 hour rental. Besides, I did not select the 30 dollar insurance coverage option and got charged for that.
