Upon arrival, I was told that my truck was damaged and not available and they canceled my reservation right in front of me. I had just had my reservation confirmed so this was confusing. They told me there was nothing they could do so I should just call the U-Haul customer service. The wait time was over 35 minutes and I needed to go. I asked why I couldn’t have one of the other three trucks and they said that someone else had reserved them for the following day. It didn’t make any sense that my reservation would be confirmed via email and then the truck would not be available. It is extremely frustrating.

DIAMOND RThe equipment (truck) was old, the brakes could use some attention. There was a broken spot mirror that was left inside the cab; a missing handle knob for the driver side window. When I pointed those things out to one of the gentleman in the store, I had to convince him to come take a look before I left the premises. No care at all….
