When I picked up my rental the check engine light and the airbag light was on. I don't think that is safe to rent out equipment with faulty safety features.
BIANCA RThey charged me extra miles, even though I proved with pics how many miles I drove....and extra gas charges as well.....added a few charges that I wasnt told about when renting.....simply not honest and somewhat sneaky
camp sUpon arrival, I was told that my truck was damaged and not available and they canceled my reservation right in front of me. I had just had my reservation confirmed so this was confusing. They told me there was nothing they could do so I should just call the U-Haul customer service. The wait time was over 35 minutes and I needed to go. I asked why I couldn’t have one of the other three trucks and they said that someone else had reserved them for the following day. It didn’t make any sense that my reservation would be confirmed via email and then the truck would not be available. It is extremely frustrating.
