Christian AThe inside of a U-Haul was clean and ready to go. Externally, however, there was some minor damage to the body which I documented in photos for my own protection. And the units had been under a tree that had seed pods that had stuck to it other than that the unit was in great shape and ready to roar. I had absolutely no trouble with it and the gentleman who rented it to me was extremely personable. He also, went out of his way, to accommodate everything that I needed.
