Timothy FJames went above and beyond. Excellent communication even before pickup and he provided me his cell in the event of emergency. He cleaned the truck, checked all fluids and tires and obtained a newer vehicle with AC, Bluetooth and cruise control for the 2300 mi. journey. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
